Individual therapy refers to one-on-one emotional wellbeing and mental health treatment that is personalised to suit your unique needs. It involves setting therapeutic goals, processing one's past, and learning how to manage one's symptoms or triggers in order to live a healthier life utilising a systemic, trauma-informed approach
Family therapy

Dr Nijabat will explores members of the families views and relationships to understand the problems they are having. It helps family members communicate better with each other. It can help families to change, develop and resolve conflict.
Adolescent therapy
This is aimed at helping young people make sense of their feelings, thoughts and behaviours with a focus on their emerging identity. This entails traditional talking therapy, or can use other techniques which draw on the expressive nature of young people, such as walking and talking.
EMDR therapy
Dr Nijabat is trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy as a practitioner with several years of experience providing sessions to clients. Couples therapy
Couples therapy, can help when a relationship is in crisis (after an affair, for example).
Both partners talk in confidence to explore what has gone wrong in the relationship and how to change things for the better. It can help couples learn more about each other’s needs and communicate better.
Often people who find it hard to use psychological help on their own are able to attend and get something from doing so if their partner is also involved.
